This top up degree is aimed to educate learners about the Human Resource process and the roles and responsibilities of the Human Resource person. With insight about the administrative procedures, to more detailed processes such as performance appraisals, learners will gain a wide knowledge about the world of Human Resources. This degree also focusses on the soft skills of the Human Resources person, such as understanding team dynamics. It also tackles the world of organisational behaviours, culture, structure, and strategies like employer branding and project management.

What you'll learn
By the end of the course, the learner will be able to:
- Apply knowledge and understanding in a manner that indicates a professional HR approach
- Take informed decisions based on an evaluation of relevant data and by reflecting on relevant social, scientific and / or ethical issues
- Understand HRM problems and effectively communicate ideas to both specialist and non-specialist audiences using a range of research techniques

A qualification MQF Level 5 in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or any other related subject. (120 ECTS Credits)
